Due to the made-to-order and limited nature of our products, all sales are final.

Please note:

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

• Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays, carrier delays, or extended delivery timeframes.

• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue.

• Vice Collection reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet our policy requirements.
